Then and There

Service Description

Each class we will focus on a day in the life of a child from another era and/or culture. For example, one class may focus on a child growing up during the Great Depression; another class may focus on a child growing up in Japan. What would a typical day look like for them from the time they woke up to the time they went to bed? What would they wear? What would they eat? What would school be like? What games would they play? What books would they read? This class will incorporate history and social studies and will include activities, crafts, videos, and possibly tasting different foods.
